-Cleaned up T708 (IB access panel) & removed some light corrosion around punched holes

-Fitted Fuel sender unit to panel, cut & bent arm per specs, trial fitted to tank and carried out resistance checks – correct per manual (31Ω full/247.3Ω empty)

-Trial fitted fuel pickup tube to panel

-Removed, countersunk holes for sender unit & riveted platenuts in position

-Made, Sealed & riveted small plate over OB rib tooling hole

-Sealed & riveted OB Rib in position

-Sealed & riveted T-410 stiffener bracket on inside of OB rib

-Carried out clearance check, all looks good

-Sealed Baffle into place, clecoed every skin to baffle hole as recommended, nil pillowing between rivet holes

-Wet riveted baffle to ribs, then 712 Z-brackets using blind rivets on the inside ribs & solids where access permits

-Riveted all skin to baffle rivets

-Encapsulated all blind rivet heads and solid rivet tails

-Sealed Fuel feed line fittings through access panel and torqued

-Torqued fuel pickup tube to feed fittings & sealed/installed anti rotation bracket

–Had issues trying to squeeze anti rotation bracket rivets, had to remove the attempted rivet but will wait till the sealant sets, instead installed a blind rivet in the other side and will do the same once the bad rivet is removed, refer dfd-0029.

-Hopefully all the work today seals ok, but wont know till I test it

-Apart from sealing/installing the Fuel Sender Unit & the Access Panel most of the sealing is now complete
