-DRILLED, COUNTERSUNK & RIVETED CENTRE SECTION NUTPLATES ON, THE PLANS CALL OUT FOR YOU TO COUNTERSINK THE W706C DOUBLER PLATE SO THE RIVET HEAD SITS ON THE AFT SIDE OF THE SPAR, AFTER TRYING TO FIND THIS DOUBLER PLATE IN MY PARTS/PLANS AND SEARCHING THE WEB I FOUND THAT IT IS ALREADY RIVETED ON TO THE SPAR FROM FACTORY, AND COULD BE NOTED A BIT BETTER.
