RH Fuel Tank – Access Panel

-Disassembled tank, and removed vinyl 

-Photocopied my plan sheet detail for the 405/410 drilling, scaled it to the correct size and used it to drill the T-410 reinforce plate, turns out I used the angle i was gonna borrow from the fuse kit on the firewall so i’m gonna have to source some more angle for that, I’ll come back to it later

-Fabricated my lost T-410 using my fuel tank access panel I’m not using anymore & match drilled it from the other one

-Marked, chain drilled & cleaned up hole in IB rib for access panel

-Drilled OB T-410 to rib

-Marked & Drilled T-708 access panel to rib

-Clecoed T-407 ring to assy and drilled nutplate holes to rib
