-Started by scuffing up the rivet lines<\/p>\n

\n-Decided to use PPG PR1440-B2 Sealant
\n-Started riveting stiffeners to skin, making a hell of a mess but its well covered<\/p>\n

-Riveted all stiffeners to skin covering the shop head with sealant and the stiffeners under the filler cap covered by more sealant as it will be subjected to fuel flow from the filler nozzle
\n-Installed drain flange & had to remove it due to unsatifactory rivets
\n-Cleaned up drain flange area and re-riveted, made a big mess due to the sealant starting to go off
\n-Will scrape off excess sealant later using a nylon scraper
