RH Fuel Tank Baffle-Z bracket-Spar Fitting

-Mounted tank to spar, aligned and strapped in place

-Drilled tank skin to W-423 splice/joint plate

-Drilled inboard Rib – Tank Baffle – Z Bracket 

-Removed outer Leading Edge & drilled Outboard Rib – Tank Baffle – Z Bracket 

-Separated skin/inner ribs from the tank end ribs & baffle & removed

**Note – Figured out why I had such a hard time fitting the ribs into the skin, turns out I had missed fluting the tank ribs, so i’ll have to do that before I refit & drill the assy

-Drilled all remaining Baffle to Z Bracket holes

-This now has all the Z Brackets drilled to the baffle & spar so I can now continue per the manual.
